One must make an important decision about what they want to accomplish in life.
Once that decision is made, one must decide if they are really going to achieve it or not.
If you know what you want to accomplish and you’ve decided to achieve it, then read on.
Otherwise, it’s my strong recommendation that you exit now.
To achieve anything great will require energy. Each day, you’re allotted so much of it. How you choose to use your energy will be your success or your downfall.
If you want to use energy towards your success, you cannot take it for granted. Depending on how big your goals are, you may have to get very aggressive with protecting your energy. Because everything you do requires some of it.
You use energy to process every single thing you hear, everything you eat, and everything you do. Add up all of the time you spend on the telephone, in social media, or being disrupted by someone else’s plan for your day.
You should literally record it. Look through your phone log, your social media pages, and your unplanned events.
Count it up!
Now multiply that by two. The reality is consumption of time is one set of hours, but the energy to digest what consumed your time is another set of hours.
You must count them both.
The founder of Facebook, Mark Zuckerberg wears the same Tee shirt every day. He ordered a ton of the exact same tee shirts to avoid putting thought and energy into what to wear.
Energy is that serious. Some of the wealthiest people in the world have known this for a long time. It’s said that “you can tell how much money or growth potential a person has by how long it takes them to make simple decisions.”
If an individual spends too much time deciding whether they want white or wheat bread they’re probably not really productive in their everyday lives.
People who are productive understand time and energy. They would not waste it on such decisions.
If you want to achieve something Big, determine how badly do you want it. If you want it really bad then you’re going to have to conserve the energy necessary to get it.
Get rid of the “energy suckers” and go get what you want out of life!
To Your Success . . .
